Mr. Staples has litigated and tried complex cases involving claims of sexual harassment, wrongful termination and employment discrimination because of gender, race, age, religion and disability. He has negotiated executive employment contracts and severance arrangements for individuals as well as employers and has represented both employers and employees in contract disputes.
Unpaid Commissions
Mr. Staples recently obtained a substantial recovery for an independent sales representative whose commissions were wrongfully withheld by a New Hampshire insurance company.
